Custom games (Petty Trivia, Hearsay)

Before you submit the questionnaire: changed your mind? Reply to your order confirmation email and we'll refund you in full.

After you submit the questionnaire: we start building your game right away, so custom games can't be cancelled or refunded once the questionnaire is submitted or the game is delivered.

Mistakes: if your game has a misspelled name, a wrong answer or anything else we got wrong, reply to your delivery email within 14 days and we'll send a corrected copy at no charge.

Know-It-Alls printables

Know-It-Alls packs are instant digital downloads, so they can't be refunded once downloaded. If a file won't open or print properly, email us and we'll fix it or send a replacement.

Photo puzzles (Inside Joke Photo Puzzle, The Whole Chaos)

Before you upload your photo: reply to your order confirmation email and we'll refund you in full.

After you upload your photo: your puzzle goes to print and is made just for you, so it can't be cancelled or returned.

Damaged or misprinted: email us a photo of the problem within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
